Service Includes
- Completely remove the old lace for the custom wig
- Replace lace with a new lace that is the same size as previous lace
- Custom wig measurements to ensure the wig fits correctly
- Hair is shampooed and condition to remove any processed chemicals, hair products, and build up
- Knots on the lace are bleached and toned to give a natural look blended into the skin
- Wig is constructed on a mesh dome cap using a singer sewing machine for longevity
- Elastic band is added to all closure wigs for security, and to have the option to wear glue less
- Lace is plucked to give a natural look
- Hair ends are trimmed
- Wig is styled as desired

Refunds + Returns
Returns are accepted on unworn items in their original packaging. Requests must be made within 20 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of delivery to be eligible for a refund. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
